Kpp02 Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the kpp02 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kpp02 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must refrain from using the kpp02 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kpp02 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Kpp02 is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the kpp02 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice.

At registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. kpp02 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the details provided. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify the kpp02 support team immediately.

  • Passwords must be at least eight characters long and should include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone else, including family members.
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Kpp02 users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws. This platform provides online entertainment services and must be used responsibly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kpp02 platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or other tools to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems or infrastructure.
  • Using another person's account without authorisation or impersonating another individual.
  • Any form of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity conducted through the platform.
  • Posting or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or damaging to the reputation of kpp02.
  • Opening an account on behalf of another person or for any unauthorised commercial purpose.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, freezing of funds, and/or appropriate legal proceedings.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the kpp02 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits come from legitimate sources and are their own.

Kpp02 is not responsible for delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. We do, however, endeavour to process all transactions within the timeframes stated in the platform's help section.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply — the latest details are available in the user account portal.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
  • Kpp02 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending until identity verification is completed.
  • Any attempt at fraud or misuse of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the rollover requirements specified in their respective promotion terms.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

Kpp02 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond our control. In all circumstances, kpp02's liability is limited to the net deposit value held in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software on the kpp02 platform are the exclusive property of kpp02 or parties that have licensed them to us. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from kpp02.

Account Suspension & Closure

Kpp02 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • The user has violated any of the terms outlined in this document.
  • Account linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or security threats.
  • Registration information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
  • There is a legal compliance requirement or directive from a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, kpp02 reserves the right to withhold any associated funds pending the completion of an investigation.

Third-Party Links

The kpp02 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. kpp02 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Kpp02 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the kpp02 platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may contact our support team to close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
